The Department of Agriculture RFO8 together with its line agencies such as the Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA), National Dairy Authority (NDA), and Philippine Carabao Center (PCC) showcased agricultural services in the 41st launching of the LAB for All in Basey, Samar, on March 18, 2025.

Hon. Baseynons and other participants enjoyed the services provided by the DA RFO8 which included free animal consultation and rabies vaccination, distribution of free vegetable seeds, cassava cuttings and other planting materials, buko juice, and fresh milk.
