The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 8 (DA RFO8) has once again proven its dedication to quality service by successfully maintaining its 𝗜𝗦𝗢 𝟵𝟬𝟬𝟭:𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟱 certification. Following a rigorous second surveillance audit conducted by TÜV NORD Philippines, Inc., the agency reaffirmed its commitment to quality management in the public sector.

The intensive evaluation, led by auditors Mr. Richard Bacomo and Ms. Amelita Lilibeth Cruz, meticulously scrutinized the agency’s provision of policies and programs relative to production support and machinery, infrastructure, equipment, and other agri-related facilities. Despite a broad scope, the audit yielded zero major and minor non-conformities.

While the audit identified key opportunities for improvement, the agency views these audit feedback as a catalyst for innovation. By embracing continuous refinement, DA RFO 8 reaffirms its promise to deliver even more responsive, farmer-centric service to the countryside.
